We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to help develop our scalable, data-driven analytical dashboard. You will focus on building responsive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver key insights to our global clients, while taking ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will directly contribute to developing robust, scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot for backend architecture, and React or Angular for dynamic user interfaces. You will contribute to core architecture, data models, and API design, ensuring seamless integration between server-side logic and front-end components. Beyond hands-on development, you will lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, guiding them in best practices across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain robust full-stack application components using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks
- Design and build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs)
- Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Take ownership of feature development from concept to deployment, encompassing database architecture, backend logic, and UI implementation
- Work with the Support team to investigate and resolve complex, full-stack issues and provide quick workarounds
- Contribute to performance tuning at both database/server and client UI levels
- Lead and mentor a team of junior developers in both backend stability and modern front-end development techniques
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of overall software engineering experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong backend expertise: Deep proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Native SQL, with strong grasp of backend architecture and database modeling
- At least 2 years of experience developing web-based user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular)
- Thorough understanding of RESTful web services, microservices architecture, and secure API integration
- Strong understanding of UI usability aspects and the lifecycle of Single Page Web Applications
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile development environment and quickly adapt to new frameworks or stacks
Good to Have:
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and tools like Jenkins or Docker
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems
- Knowledge of SVG-based charting libraries such as D3.js for complex data visualization
