Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming the global diamond and jewellery industry. This Fulfillment Executive role is based in the Bangkok office and owns end-to-end fulfillment operations for high-value diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry.
You will manage day-to-day operations including collecting products from local suppliers, preparing and dispatching shipments via carriers like Brinks, UPS, and FedEx, and tracking deliveries. Key responsibilities include verifying product quality and specifications against purchase orders, creating inter-hub and last-mile shipments in the Nivoda platform, receiving consolidated shipments, and liaising with suppliers on queries. You'll coordinate with brokers and customs on shipment clearance, follow up on carrier delays, process customer returns, and support the customer support team with shipping queries and urgent requests.
The role requires strong attention to detail, logistics experience or familiarity with major carriers and tracking systems, and experience managing inventory of high-value products. You must communicate fluently in English and Thai, demonstrate high levels of honesty and professionalism, and hold a valid driving license. Diamond or jewelry quality control experience is a plus. You'll work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams in a fast-evolving startup environment, contributing to continuous process improvement.
