Ninja Van is seeking a Fulfillment Senior Operations Lead to oversee daily end-to-end warehouse operations at their Cabuyao, Laguna facility. This role manages all aspects of fulfillment including inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns, with accountability for meeting service levels and operational SLAs.
Key responsibilities include monitoring critical operational metrics such as labor productivity, Cost per Parcel (CPP), overtime, fulfillment accuracy, and operational costs to support efficiency and contribution margin targets. You will maintain high inventory and order accuracy through cycle counts, proper system transactions, reconciliation, and process controls while minimizing fulfillment errors and claims.
The role involves planning shift schedules and manpower allocation, leading supervisors and warehouse staff toward productivity targets, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, WMS/ERP procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices across all warehouse operations. You will prepare and analyze operational performance reports, working closely with Account Management, Finance, Procurement, and Systems teams to resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
During peak seasons, promotional campaigns, and high-volume periods, you will lead floor operations to ensure service continuity and timely issue resolution. The position requires identifying operational gaps and implementing root-cause analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (candidates with 2+ years of college/vocational training and relevant experience may be considered)
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce, or fulfillment operations
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
- Hands-on experience with WMS or ERP systems (Anchanto WMS is a strong advantage)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, manpower planning, productivity management, inventory control, and root-cause analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational reporting and analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and Tagalog (written and spoken)
- Willingness to work flexible schedules or shifts, particularly during peak campaign periods
