Eight Sleep is hiring a Frontend Web Developer to drive growth on eightsleep.com. You'll work closely with growth, marketing, and design teams to ship landing pages, run high-volume A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels for a global, high-traffic storefront.
Key responsibilities include building responsive marketing and campaign pages from design, designing and launching end-to-end A/B tests with proper instrumentation and statistical rigor, creating scalable templated systems for efficient page launches, maintaining and extending the analytics stack (tracking, ad integrations, event data), optimizing every step of the conversion funnel, owning SEO and accessibility (metadata, sitemaps, structured data, Core Web Vitals), and building localized pages and experiments across supported regions and languages.
You'll need 5+ years of front-end web development experience, ideally in growth, marketing, or ecommerce. Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and the modern front-end stack is essential. You should be comfortable with product analytics tools (Amplitude or similar), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and have hands-on experience with funnels, cohorts, and event tracking. Attention to detail, web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and data privacy awareness are critical. You should be comfortable using AI coding assistants and have a bias toward shipping quickly and iterating.
Bonus experience includes SEO/AEO with structured data, internationalization/localization, server-side conversion tracking (CAPI), Tailwind CSS, design systems, Figma-to-code workflows, headless CMS, and media optimization.
