Salary: USD 193,400 - 290,000 / annual

You'll join the Frontend Platform team, which focuses on building shared systems, tools, and abstractions that enable Harvey's engineering organization to ship high-quality product experiences quickly and consistently. Rather than building one-off features, this role centers on creating foundational infrastructure that powers all user-facing applications across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and evolving shared frontend infrastructure, including design systems and developer tooling
- Contributing to frontend architecture for scalability and performance
- Improving developer experience and engineering velocity across teams
- Enhancing application performance and reliability
- Partnering with product teams to drive adoption of platform systems
- Identifying and reducing friction in the development lifecycle
You'll work closely with product engineers, design, and infrastructure teams to define and drive the future of frontend development at Harvey. This is a high-impact role with broad organizational scope.
Required qualifications:
- Strong experience working on large-scale frontend systems or platform-level infrastructure
- Ability to think in systems and abstractions, not just individual features
- Track record of improving developer experience or engineering velocity
- Experience influencing technical decisions across teams or driving adoption of shared systems
