Salary: EUR 60,000 - 75,000 / annual

You'll join the Intelligent UI team, working on the user experience for how customers interact with Generative AI capabilities on the Mendix platform. Your focus will be on shaping customer productivity by enhancing and guiding the application creation experience.
In this role, you will:
- Create intuitive and engaging UX that improves customer productivity
- Engage in short feedback cycles to break down complex challenges and develop practical, effective solutions
- Take ownership of your work and contribute to team success
- Closely collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to deliver customer value

Requirements:
- Proficiency in building web applications using TypeScript and React
- Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture
- Curiosity about or hands-on experience with other frontend stacks (Vue, Angular)
- Enjoyment of learning new technologies, using feedback to improve work, and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and keen interest in employing them to improve efficiency
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, actively participating in discussions and knowledge sharing
