Feathery is an AI Operating & Decisioning system for financial services, trusted by Fortune 500 companies like Allstate to power mission-critical workflows including customer onboarding, insurance underwriting, quoting, account openings, and advisor transitions.
You'll join as a Frontend Engineer to build and scale the core user-facing platform that powers these critical workflows. This is a high-ownership role blending product-focused frontend development, UI/UX craftsmanship, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement new features in the drag-and-drop form builder and workflow platform, owning features end-to-end from concept through production
- Build intuitive, responsive, and highly interactive user interfaces with a focus on accessibility and polish
- Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of frontend systems; contribute to frontend architecture decisions and technical direction
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and help establish frontend best practices and tooling
- Partner with backend engineers, product, design, and customer-facing teams to integrate APIs, support new use cases, and incorporate user feedback
You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape both the user experience and frontend architecture in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Required: 3+ years building frontend applications with React or similar frameworks; strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency; experience shipping features in collaborative environments; passion for polished, accessible UX; comfort in fast-paced startup settings; strong cross-team communication.
Bonus: drag-and-drop/visual editor experience, frontend performance optimization expertise, B2B SaaS background, design systems knowledge.
