As a Frontend Engineer, you will build next-generation platforms powering agentic AI models for the legal industry. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, scalable infrastructure, and legal innovation, creating intelligent systems that streamline workflows, enhance legal research, and automate complex decision-making for enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing complex web applications with focus on responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser performance
- Taking full ownership of significant frontend modules, design systems, and UI platforms with pixel-perfect implementation
- Optimizing performance by identifying rendering bottlenecks, reducing bundle sizes, and ensuring smooth 60fps interactions
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards across the team
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on technical roadmaps
- Contributing to frontend stack evolution through modern frameworks, design patterns, and emerging web platform capabilities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design Engineering, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular)
- Deep understanding of client-side architecture (state management, rendering strategies, micro-frontend patterns)
- Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS CloudFront)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex UI/UX issues
