Salary: USD 300,000 - 320,000 / annual
Anthropic is seeking a Front End Engineer to join the Brand Web team, working at the intersection of design and development to build and maintain the company's web properties. You'll contribute to shipping high-quality web experiences across anthropic.com and claude.com, from interactive marketing pages and data visualizations to internal tooling that supports content operations.
Key responsibilities include owning the implementation of design system components and page templates, working within a headless CMS architecture to maintain content modeling and publishing workflows, and collaborating closely with designers to translate design intent into production-ready code. You'll contribute to internal tools that help teams author and publish content at scale, participate in site architecture projects, and move quickly from concept to working prototype through rapid iteration.
Required qualifications include solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (particularly Next.js or React-based tooling), strong CSS skills for implementing complex layouts and animations, hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, and a track record of contributing to production web properties at a mid-level scope. You should be comfortable prototyping quickly, communicating clearly with both designers and engineers, and caring about shipping work that is both technically sound and visually refined.
Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-assisted development workflows, interest in generative or programmatic design, and familiarity with localization or internationalization systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience in a relevant field.
