ElevenLabs is hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A to build and own the financial planning and analysis function as the company scales toward IPO. You will own the plan of record—the consolidated company model, budgeting cycle, and monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO, and board use to run the business. Key responsibilities: - Build and own a driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, consolidating inputs from commercial, product, and compute finance into a single model of record. - Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles end-to-end, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting with budget owners. - Establish the monthly cadence of results reporting, budget vs. actuals analysis, functional reviews, and quarterly business reviews; prepare the financial section of the board pack. - Bring capital allocation discipline to major decisions on hiring, compute spend, and strategic investments. You will be a hands-on builder who constructs and maintains the model yourself. The company has Pigment in place with data in a warehouse and dashboards on top, but the core model needs to be built. You'll use this model to evaluate every major investment decision. ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company founded in January 2023, now serving millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. The company has raised $781M in funding with a $22B valuation. The team operates with high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, and an AI-first approach across all functions. The role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with preference for GMT+0 to GMT+2 timezones. You may also work from offices in Warsaw or London if preferred. REQUIREMENTS: - Built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real business decisions. - Run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end-to-end at a high-growth tech company, translating numbers into clear narratives for executives or the board. - Strong commercial judgment: think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue; recommendations get implemented. - Hands-on with planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar); comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse; use AI tools daily. - Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue models, IPO readiness, public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment experience, or building a finance team.
