Neko Health is redefining preventative care through data-driven, non-invasive clinical visits that deliver personalized health insights before symptoms appear. The company combines proprietary technology with direct clinical care to make prevention accessible and actionable.
You will own financial planning and business control for Neko's US clinic network, acting as the primary finance business partner to clinic and market leaders. This is a P&L ownership role with direct impact on cost discipline and margin performance across a multi-site clinic operation.
In your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Own monthly management reporting and variance commentary for the entire US clinic portfolio
- Lead cost centre follow-up and control across all US clinics, ensuring actuals are understood and deviations addressed promptly
- Own the US clinic P&L through to Gross Margin
- Serve as the primary Finance business partner for US clinic managers and operational leaders
- Support annual budgeting and target-setting for US clinic cost centres
- Partner with the Expansion team on financial evaluation of new US clinic openings
- Track regional support costs
- Support external audit and reporting coordination for US entities
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic-level financial processes and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinic Operations, People, and the wider FP&A and Finance team

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or accounting, ideally with exposure to multi-site or clinic/retail operations
- Experience with cost centre management, variance analysis, and business partnering
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Business Central or similar ERP is a plus
- Comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders across a distributed, multi-site network
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to speed up reporting, analysis, and process improvement
- Based in or willing to work core hours aligned with US clinic operations
- Curious, structured, and comfortable operating with high degree of autonomy
