Immersive Labs, a leading cyber resilience platform founded in 2017, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team in Bristol. The role offers hybrid flexibility (one day per week in office) and sits within a small, high-growth team at a 300+ person, well-funded organization.
You will own financial performance analysis and insights across the business, serving as a key business partner to stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include monitoring performance indicators and variance analysis, producing regular ARR, cost, and metric reports with focus on GTM performance, managing discrete areas of planning and analysis with associated stakeholder relationships, supporting the annual budget process, maintaining workforce cost forecasts, and documenting/improving FP&A processes.
The role emphasizes strong financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets and FP&A systems, excellent communication skills to partner across teams, and the ability to work autonomously with initiative. You'll explain complex financial information in accessible ways and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Desirable qualifications include SQL capabilities and familiarity with modern data stack tools (Snowflake, dbt), curiosity around AI/LLM applications for financial analysis, SaaS/recurring revenue business experience, and international business exposure.
