Anine Bing, a Los Angeles-based fashion house founded in 2012, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team at the Paris HQ. This is a full-time permanent position (CDI) with hybrid flexibility: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week.
The role reports to the FP&A Manager and serves as a key contributor to the brand's global financial planning and analysis function. You will turn financial data into decision-ready insights that support international growth across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels spanning the US, Europe, and Asia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support annual budgeting, monthly reforecasts, and long-range planning cycles across all channels and regions
- Build and maintain margin analyses by channel, market, category, and SKU; translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Own preparation of the global monthly management reporting package (actuals vs. budget, variance analysis, KPI dashboards) and deliver on reliable cadence
- Partner closely with Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce, and Merchandising teams to challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and support commercial decisions (store P&Ls, pricing, promotional plans, inventory productivity)
- Develop and maintain financial models for store openings, market entries, and investment cases
- Improve reporting automation and data quality across the finance stack (NetSuite, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools) in coordination with Accounting and IT
- Contribute to structuring the FP&A function—templates, processes, documentation—as the brand scales internationally
Required qualifications:
- 2–4 years of FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis experience
- Prior experience in retail or fashion (required)—working understanding of multi-channel P&L, seasonality, markdowns, inventory, and store economics
- Demonstrated margin analysis experience and ability to explain drivers to non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills; ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and BI/reporting tool proficiency (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering (Master's level or equivalent)
- Fluent English (global scope, US HQ, international teams); French professional proficiency preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise, decision-oriented messages for senior stakeholders
The company offers generous time off (including RTT), flexible work arrangements, exclusive employee discounts on collections, and seasonal wardrobe allotments. Anine Bing is committed to diversity and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants.
