The company's mission is to unlock next-generation materials for energy, semiconductors, clean water, carbon capture, and advanced computing—solving problems that would otherwise take millennia in months.
As Foundry Partnerships Manager, you will lead ecosystem development and partnership operations for CuspAI's AI Materials Foundry platform. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will serve as the operational bridge connecting global tech partners, enterprise clients, and research institutions across Europe, USA, and APAC regions.
Key responsibilities include:
**Ecosystem Cultivation & Community Activation**: Act as the primary operational contact for partners and research institutions. Design and coordinate a comprehensive global engagement strategy, including events, webinars, and conferences. Build scalable partner frameworks that accelerate adoption of the AI Materials platform.
**Cross-Cultural Operations & Project Management**: Manage day-to-day stakeholder engagement across multiple time zones and regions. Coordinate cross-functional timelines between external partners and CuspAI leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration.
**Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Partner closely with the Head of Partnerships and Chief Strategy Officer to align ecosystem activities with company roadmap. Collaborate with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to channel partner feedback into platform development. Work with marketing and PR to amplify partner success stories and use cases.
You will establish operational workflows across Europe, USA, and APAC hubs, with an initial focus on cross-cultural coordination. The role requires 3 days per week in office (Cambridge, London, Amsterdam, or Berlin) with regular travel to partner sites.
Required qualifications: Proven track record in ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or technical community building within high-growth startups or deep-tech environments. Direct experience creating and managing events/conferences end-to-end, including initiatives with Fortune 100 companies. Extensive global cross-cultural experience with ability to build trust with senior international stakeholders. Confident communicator skilled in hosting webinars and premium in-person events for technical audiences. Foundational understanding of semiconductor ecosystems, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials development. Genuine passion for frontier AI and sustainable technology impact.
Bonus qualifications: Background in semiconductor foundries, design firms, or electronics materials suppliers. Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or German. Academic background in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering. Experience managing ecosystem programs with major tech companies like NVIDIA or Meta.
