Footprint is an AI-powered compliance platform that automates financial crime investigations for banks and fintechs. Percy, the company's agentic system, learns compliance teams' procedures and handles transaction reviews end-to-end, reducing review workloads by 70%+. The platform is trusted by FDIC- and OCC-regulated banks and major fintechs, and the company 5x'd revenue last year with backing from QED, Index, and Box Group. You'll join as a founding Strategy & Operations hire reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This is a high-leverage, multi-domain role spanning data sourcing, revenue operations, and finance operations. Data Integration & Vendor Management: You'll identify and evaluate data vendors that feed Percy's investigations. This involves mapping the vendor landscape, distinguishing legitimate sources from noise, negotiating terms, and closing contracts. Engineering validates data quality; you own the entire commercial and operational workflow. Proprietary data sources are a core competitive advantage, and you'll build relationships to acquire exclusive access. Revenue Operations: The CRM is the system of record for a rapidly growing sales team. You'll own data hygiene, establish usage standards, and build reporting dashboards that leadership relies on daily. You'll also drive sales efficiency by identifying process bottlenecks and freeing the team to focus on selling rather than administrative work. Go-to-Market Analytics: You'll establish standing metrics around customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, marketing ROI, and deal-cycle velocity. These become monthly benchmarks that inform strategy. Finance Operations: You'll manage accounts receivable and payable, lead vendor negotiations, and own headcount planning and annual budgeting. Strategic Projects: You'll have bandwidth to pursue high-impact, ambiguous initiatives—pricing strategy, market analysis, new market entry, partnership evaluation, or sales compensation design—based on what the business needs most. Success means shipping at least one vendor integration from discovery to production within 90 days, cleaning up the CRM so pipeline is accurate, and establishing standing go-to-market metrics by year-end. Within a year, you'll have unlocked proprietary data sources, built a defensible vendor spend budget, and created the financial planning infrastructure the company currently lacks.
