Lemrock builds infrastructure for agentic commerce—enabling brands to sell directly within conversational AI interfaces like ChatGPT and Perplexity. The company has raised a €7M seed round (first in Europe for this market), backed by Jean-Baptiste Rudelle (founder of Criteo), and holds the Bpifrance DeepTech label. They currently process 100M+ conversations monthly, serve 150+ brand clients, and are structuring a $100B market.
As the first dedicated Product Manager, you will work directly with founders and the CTO to shape product vision and own core product areas end-to-end. You'll establish product practices that move the company from idea to shipped product.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape product strategy and vision alongside founders; decide what to build and what to stop doing
- Own the brand-facing product roadmap end-to-end, translating strategy into prioritized, actionable plans
- Conduct discovery with brands, partners, and field teams to identify and validate problems worth solving
- Work closely with engineering and design to scope, prototype, and ship weekly
- Drive product launches, monitor outcomes, and measure impact through data
- Build the product function itself—establishing rituals, prioritization frameworks, and feedback loops
You'll start by owning the brand-facing product, with scope expanding rapidly as the company scales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–8 years of product experience, with at least some time at a startup or scale-up, ideally as an early or first PM
- Proven ability to take a vague problem through to a shipped, used feature and own its results
- Generalist mindset: comfortable with discovery, engineering scoping, launch planning, and cross-functional work
- Bias for action: make decisions with incomplete data, ship, and iterate based on real user behavior
- Customer obsession reflected in decision-making
- AI-native: actively use tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or Lovable for prototyping, research, synthesis, and roadmap acceleration
- Ability to learn quickly in a deep, complex environment
- Fluent French and professional English
- Based in Paris, working at the office (up to 1 day remote per week)
BONUS:
- Experience building in e-commerce, marketplaces, adtech, or AI/agent products, or genuine fascination with agentic commerce
- Technical background (former software engineer or CS degree) enabling deep collaboration with engineering and effective use of AI tools
