Nango (YC W23) is a developer platform that enables AI agents and applications to build product integrations with APIs. With 500+ paying customers including ServiceNow, Monday, Replit, and Ramp, the company is seeking its first GTM Engineer to scale market pull into sustainable growth.
You will own the entire customer journey—from acquisition (ads, website, attribution) through onboarding, activation, and retention. This is a full-stack engineering role that bridges product, marketing, and sales. You'll build experiments across the funnel, improve the website and signup flow, own instrumentation and attribution, implement lead scoring and sales automation, and launch new growth channels.
Key responsibilities include: shipping end-to-end growth experiments; improving website, signup, and onboarding experiences; building and maintaining attribution and funnel analysis systems; creating lead scoring and enrichment pipelines; connecting product usage data with marketing and sales platforms; exploring new acquisition channels (ads, marketplaces, product-led loops); and turning successful experiments into reliable, scalable systems.
You are a pragmatic, independent full-stack engineer comfortable with TypeScript, modern web applications, APIs, and data. You think like a founder—curious about customers, positioning, and distribution. You care about copy, UX, conversion rates, and business outcomes. You use data to form hypotheses and validate results. You move quickly, create structure without waiting for playbooks, and think in systems rather than one-off scripts.
Ideal candidates have experience in growth engineering, GTM engineering, technical RevOps, or founding a product. Background with developer tools, B2B SaaS, or AI products is a plus. The team of 14 includes veterans from AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, Workato, and other leading developer-tool companies.
