DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier investors (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
As Growth Product Manager, you will own the entire growth funnel from first website visit through qualified sales conversation. Your core responsibilities include transforming the website and trial experience into high-performing acquisition channels, building self-serve experiences that accelerate prospect time-to-value, and defining product signals that indicate sales-readiness. You'll own funnel analytics, attribution, and conversion reporting, running a disciplined experimentation cadence to drive continuous improvement.
You'll work cross-functionally with the product and engineering teams to optimize activation and conversion across the product. A key part of the role involves staying close to prospects—joining lost-deal calls to understand evaluation stalls and feeding those insights back into product strategy.
Success requires 5–7 years of product management and growth marketing experience, with proven ownership of B2B SaaS signup or trial funnels. You should be strong in funnel analysis, conversion optimization, positioning, and landing page copy. Technical fluency is essential: you'll query data, set up tracking, and work hands-on with product analytics tools, experimentation platforms, CMS/page builders, and CRM systems like HubSpot. Experience with product-led sales and multi-stakeholder B2B buying journeys is critical. Background in accounting, ERP, compliance-heavy SaaS, or early-stage growth is a plus; an MBA is also a plus.
You'll join a high-trust, high-speed environment with significant equity ownership and the opportunity to grow with one of the top AI companies. Your feedback shapes the product directly, and you'll work alongside experienced leaders including the Head of Product, CPAs, founding PMs, and former consulting CFOs.
