Leucine is an AI platform transforming pharmaceutical manufacturing by replacing paper-based processes, Excel spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge with intelligent digital solutions. The company is Series A-backed by top-tier global investors, serves 60+ pharma enterprises in production, and is building the category-defining team in this space.
As a Founder's Office Generalist, you will tackle founder-level problems and deliver high-impact solutions across the organization. Your responsibilities include:
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Dive into ambiguous, strategic questions (e.g., "How do we cut customer onboarding time by 40%?") and deliver data-backed solutions in the form of process improvements, product specifications, or growth playbooks.
- Shadow founders and executives across GTM, Product, and Operations, then quickly take ownership of initiatives with significant revenue, customer, or cost impact.
- Serve as the connective tissue between shop-floor manufacturing experts and product teams—translating hard manufacturing realities into crisp product requirements and compelling value propositions for sales.
- Systematize wins through dashboards, SOPs, and automations so the next team member can accelerate from day one.
- Rotate quarterly across sales, customer success, product, and business operations to compound domain depth while maintaining strategic perspective.
**What You'll Bring:**
- A love for messy problems: you run toward ambiguity, disassemble chaos into first principles, and rebuild with clean logic and data.
- Comfort with both spreadsheets and narrative—Google Sheets in the morning, crisp memos by lunch, client demos at 4 PM.
- Bias for action: you ship v0.1 today and iterate rather than debate v2.0 for weeks.
- Communication skills that blend engineering precision with storytelling ability.
- Hunger for impact over titles; you measure success in learnings shipped and problems solved.
**Requirements:**
- 1–4 years of high-intensity experience in early-stage startups, tier-one consulting, investment banking, manufacturing operations, or related fields demonstrating ability to out-execute peers.
- Engineering background from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High ownership mentality, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
**Nice-to-Haves:**
- Experience working directly with founders, C-suite executives, or on strategic projects.
- Background in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, pharma/lifesciences, or enterprise technology.
- Experience with SQL, dashboards, automation, or process building.
