As Founder's Associate for Strategy & Operations, you will drive process optimization and growth across the customer funnel. Your responsibilities include:
• Analyze and optimize lower-funnel processes, identifying cross-selling opportunities (particularly heat pumps)
• Build, track, and interpret funnel, performance, and growth KPIs
• Identify process inefficiencies using AI tools and support implementation of improvements
• Develop, execute, and evaluate lead reactivation campaigns
• Provide close operational support and enablement to the sales team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product to drive data-driven optimization
You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with direct exposure to founder-level strategy and execution. The role combines analytical rigor with hands-on implementation, requiring you to move quickly from insight to action.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, venture building, startup environments, or other scaling-focused, fast-paced roles (growth operations or business development)
• High initiative, strong hands-on mentality, and motivation to drive projects independently from conception to execution
• Structured, data-oriented working style with ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and derive pragmatic recommendations
• Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus but not required
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
