Salary: USD 100,000 - 170,000 / annual
Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chain optimization. The company serves Fortune 500 customers including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, and Coca-Cola, offering out-of-the-box AI solutions for network optimization, inventory allocation, route scheduling, demand planning, and scenario analysis, combined with a platform-first approach that enables both business and technical users to build custom supply chain decision intelligence.
You will own Lyric deployment workstreams end-to-end for one of the company's largest enterprise engagements, from planning through go-live. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring genuine autonomy, urgency, and the credibility to lead high-visibility deployments with real stakes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning deployment workstreams end-to-end, managing project plans independently
- Running meetings and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and status
- Partnering with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Leading structured user acceptance testing (UAT) and driving adoption of Lyric solutions
- Training and enabling customer teams—both engineers and experienced operators—to adopt the platform effectively
- Serving as the primary point of contact for end-users through go-live and into steady-state monitoring
- Translating business needs into platform builds in partnership with Lyric's technical delivery team
- Applying AI tools as a default part of delivery: LLM-assisted modeling and configuration, agentic workflows for data prep and validation, AI-generated documentation and test scripts
- Identifying opportunities to embed AI and agentic capabilities into customer planning operations, such as anomaly detection, AI-assisted demand sensing, and automated scenario generation
The role is remote, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones to align with the delivery team and client stakeholders. Up to 30% travel is expected, primarily within the US.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator, building, connecting, and managing technology systems
- Comfortable owning a workstream hands-on: running meetings independently, building project plans, and driving toward a timeline
- Supply chain consulting background preferred; oil & gas industry experience is a plus but not required
- Adept program and project management skills
- High energy, high agency, and comfortable navigating large, complex client organizations
- Strong communication skills, especially with engineers and experienced, non-technical, operator-type audiences
- SQL/Python familiarity is a plus
