The Forward Deployed Strategist (FDS) is a high-impact, technical-commercial hybrid role responsible for the successful operationalization of Dynamo within strategic accounts. You will act as the bridge between Dynamo's engineering capabilities and customers' business imperatives, ensuring that Dynamo is deeply integrated into the customer's value chain—not just installed.
In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities, shape deployment strategies, and drive successful implementation of Dynamo AI's platform. You sit at the intersection of customer strategy, technical deployment, and commercial execution. Forward Deployed Strategists act as the connective layer between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams, helping organizations move from experimentation toward durable production adoption. You will ensure deployments deliver measurable business outcomes while meeting enterprise requirements around governance, reliability, security, and performance.
