As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will be embedded with ElevenLabs' most strategic customers, taking full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects. You'll work hands-on to design and deliver tailored solutions that make real impact, from brainstorming technical architectures and product features to building full-scale integrations. You'll collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal use of ElevenLabs' technologies and drive innovation through coding and technical problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include: taking full ownership of complex, high-impact projects for strategic partners; collaborating closely with customer teams to deliver solutions; and using your technical expertise to solve challenging problems that push the limits of what's possible.
Required qualifications: experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects); proficiency in Python with strong software development knowledge including software architecture and API integration; excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to summarize complex technical concepts; fluency in English and Arabic with deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances (role is remote-first with preference for Dubai-based candidates).
