As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded with ElevenLabs' most strategic customers, taking full ownership of end-to-end execution of major, high-impact projects. You'll work hands-on with customer engineering and executive teams to design tailored solutions that leverage ElevenLabs' technologies. Your responsibilities include brainstorming technical architectures, designing product features, building full-scale integrations, and solving complex technical challenges that directly impact customer success.
The role requires proficiency in Python and strong software development expertise, including deep knowledge of software architecture and API integration. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and pursue optimal solutions through logical reasoning. Prior customer-facing experience is required—this can include work with customers in student clubs or side projects, provided you're genuinely interested in close technical collaboration.
This is a remote-first position executable from anywhere in Saudi Arabia, with a preference for Riyadh-based candidates. Fluency in both English and Arabic, along with a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances, is essential.
