As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded with ElevenLabs' most strategic customers, taking full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects. You'll work hands-on to design and deliver tailored solutions that drive real impact, from brainstorming technical architectures and product features to building full-scale integrations. Your role bridges the gap between the company's cutting-edge AI capabilities and customer success.
Key responsibilities include: taking full ownership of complex, high-impact projects for strategic partners; collaborating daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal use of ElevenLabs' technologies; and driving innovation through hands-on coding and technical problem-solving. You'll have a front-row seat to some of the company's highest-stakes initiatives and will directly influence how customers leverage AI voice technology.
The ideal candidate has experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects), proficiency in Python with strong software development fundamentals, deep understanding of software architecture and API integration, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and pursue optimal solutions through logical reasoning.
