As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded with ElevenLabs' most strategic customers, taking full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects. You'll work hands-on designing tailored solutions that make real impact, from brainstorming technical architectures and product features to building full-scale integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of complex, high-impact projects for strategic partners
- Collaborating daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal use of ElevenLabs' technologies
- Driving innovation through coding and technical problem-solving
- Delivering solutions that help clients achieve their goals and push technological boundaries
You'll need proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, including deep understanding of software architecture and API integration. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, particularly the ability to translate complex technical concepts and pursue optimal solutions through logical reasoning.
The role is remote-first but based primarily in Copenhagen with regular travel for customer onsites. Fluency in both English and Danish, plus deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances, is required. ElevenLabs operates with high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, and an AI-first approach across the organization.
