As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded with ElevenLabs' most strategic customers, taking full ownership of end-to-end execution of major, high-impact projects. You'll work hands-on designing tailored solutions that leverage the company's AI audio foundational models, voice agents, and creative platforms. Your role bridges engineering and customer success—you'll collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation of ElevenLabs' technologies.
Key responsibilities include: taking full ownership of complex, high-impact technical challenges; designing and building full-scale integrations and technical architectures; driving innovation through hands-on coding and problem-solving; and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
You should have proficiency in Python and strong software development fundamentals including software architecture and API integration. Customer-facing experience is valued—this could include work with customers in student clubs or side projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, particularly the ability to distill complex technical knowledge and pursue optimal solutions through logical reasoning.
