As a Forward Deployed Engineer for Integrations, you will lead client onboarding for Sardine's fraud and compliance products. This is a hands-on role managing end-to-end integrations, translating technical requirements into scalable solutions, and ensuring successful deployments. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams in fast-paced environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end support during client onboarding and set clients up for success
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documentation
- Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions leveraging Sardine's system and product capabilities
- Manage implementation projects, monitoring quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
- Build deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders based on ground-level client insights
Requirements:
- 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer, with strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience working with multiple technical teams (internal and external)
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in relevant domains (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specs (OpenAPI), web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
