Forward Deployed Engineers at Technovatime work directly with customers to solve their most critical healthcare workflow challenges. You'll own the full lifecycle of customer engagements: discovery, technical scoping, system design, implementation, and production rollout. Projects are high-stakes and open-ended—transforming manual healthcare processes into reliable, production-grade systems that measurable impact operations.
Your role sits at the intersection of customer delivery and core platform development. You'll embed closely with strategic customer teams, acting as a technical leader and trusted advisor. Responsibilities include whiteboarding architecture, shipping integrations and workflows, debugging live systems, advising operators and executives, and feeding field insights back into product strategy. You'll write production-grade code across the stack, make deliberate trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality, and codify successful patterns into reusable playbooks for the broader organization.
Healthcare privacy, reliability, and operational consequence are core to the engineering job—not afterthoughts. Success is measured by production adoption, measurable workflow impact, and customer feedback that sharpens product and AI behavior.
Ideal candidates thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and excel at translating messy operational reality into shipped systems. You communicate clearly with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders, and you want your customer work to feed back into product and infrastructure, not disappear into one-off consulting engagements.
