As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own the technical delivery and client relationships for key accounts end-to-end. You'll be embedded with clients, running rollouts from technical scoping through implementation and go-live. Your responsibilities include understanding inspector workflows in factories and chemical plants, configuring technical solutions (workflows, integrations, data structures), managing project timelines and blockers, and building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You'll work in-person five days a week from the Farringdon office in London, with significant time onsite at client facilities. This is a role for someone who is deeply technical, has strong project management instincts, and genuinely enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end rather than working within narrow scope boundaries.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve real technical problems on the spot while managing complex stakeholder relationships. You should be an agentic manager of one who cares more about shipping results than process. US citizenship is noted as a plus to facilitate future growth plans.
