Kalepa is building AI systems for the insurance industry—a $7T global sector built on professional labor in underwriting, claims, pricing, operations, and distribution. The company creates professional-grade AI that can read, reason, decide, and act inside real workflows, augmenting insurance professionals and automating work over time. Products are already in production with leading insurers, driving measurable outcomes. You'll have a global team of engineers, product managers, and customer success behind you, but individual contributions have outsized impact on both technology and business outcomes. Kalepa's culture emphasizes hustle and determination, customer impact obsession, meritocracy, transparency, and relentless experimentation. The company is backed by leading investors including IA Ventures and Inspired Capital, with team members from Facebook, Palantir, Google, Amazon, McKinsey, Mastercard, and Uber. The team is global with a primary NY office and remote employees across 10+ languages. The company invests in bringing people together for regional meetups and global offsites.
