As a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Dubai, you will bridge technical excellence with customer success. You'll work directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing optimization, combining hands-on engineering with customer-facing problem-solving. This is a full-stack role requiring both deep technical capability and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities include: customer-facing technical implementation and support; building new features and MVPs using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python; designing and iterating on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompting and voice tuning; managing APIs and third-party integrations; collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams; and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
You must have strong full-stack experience (React, TypeScript, Node.js), hands-on Python proficiency, and proven experience building AI/ML applications. API integration and third-party system management experience is essential. You'll need excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects, and a founder mindset—highly independent, ownership-oriented, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
