Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual
Eudia is an AI-powered legal technology platform backed by $105M in Series A funding from General Catalyst. The company is transforming how Fortune 500 legal teams work by combining AI-driven automation with human expertise, enabling faster decision-making, risk mitigation, and strategic growth.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as a bridge between customers and Eudia's technical teams, working at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer delivery. You'll partner directly with enterprise clients (including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell) to translate their complex workflows and institutional knowledge into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and deploying tailored solutions by converting customer requirements into scalable workflows and integrations
- Designing and implementing custom configurations and features that address specific customer needs while maintaining platform integrity
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact use cases and contribute ideas for new capabilities
- Supporting customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educating users on product capabilities, troubleshooting issues, and driving adoption
- Acting as a translator between customer needs and technical execution across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
You should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical experience. Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments is essential. You must be a strong user of AI tools with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications include subject matter expertise in defense acquisitions and program management, understanding of DoD procurement processes and FAR/DFARS regulations, an active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one), and experience with government or defense sector clients.
