The ideal candidate demonstrates high agency and ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations, strong cross-organizational collaboration skills, and passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems. Background in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, or other enterprise verticals is a plus, as is experience with enterprise IT systems and AI deployment patterns.
