OpenArt is building a platform for visual storytelling with generative AI. This Forward Deployed Creative (FDC) role bridges the gap between OpenArt's product and enterprise creative teams—brands, agencies, studios, and marketing organizations.
You will work directly with enterprise clients to onboard and educate their teams on how to integrate generative AI into their creative workflows. This is not a traditional customer success or support role; you are a creative professional and educator first. Your responsibilities include:
• Lead hands-on training sessions for creative teams, teaching them how to apply OpenArt to their specific workflows and creative objectives.
• Demonstrate generative AI image and video generation, character workflows, visual storytelling, model selection, prompting, and iteration using real-world examples.
• Serve as a trusted creative resource, answering questions during onboarding and providing follow-up guidance as teams integrate the platform into their day-to-day process.
• Adapt training approaches to different creative teams and use cases—understanding that a brand team, agency, studio, and social media team may use OpenArt very differently.
• Standardize and improve the enterprise training process by turning learnings into repeatable frameworks, documentation, demos, best practices, and educational resources.
• Stay current with the latest generative AI image and video models, techniques, and creative capabilities; experiment with new approaches and understand where different models excel.
• Contribute creatively to OpenArt Studios on client projects, creative ideation, AI production, demos, prompt and workflow development, and experimentation.
• Bring client insights back to the OpenArt team, identifying recurring questions, workflow challenges, and creative opportunities.
• Present OpenArt confidently in virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, demos, and client-facing environments.
• Travel when required for client onboarding, workshops, events, and other OpenArt initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Core Requirements:
• Professional creative background essential—film, television, advertising, marketing, design, creative production, or related field. Must understand creative craft, maintain a strong bar for visual quality and taste, and speak the language of creative teams.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of generative AI image and video tools, including the latest models, their strengths, limitations, and appropriate creative use cases.
• Portfolio or body of work demonstrating strong AI-generated image, video, storytelling, commercial, or creative content.
• Ability to incorporate generative AI into a broader professional creative workflow, not just experiment with individual prompts.
• Ability to understand a creative objective and determine the appropriate models, tools, prompts, references, and workflows needed to achieve it.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; confidence to teach and speak in front of groups, both virtually and in person.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts and workflows in a clear, practical, and approachable manner.
• Comfortable answering questions and troubleshooting creative challenges in real time.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Willingness to travel when required.
What Makes You Stand Out:
• Experience working closely with brands, agencies, studios, or enterprise creative teams and understanding how their creative processes actually work.
• Experience building or improving training programs, onboarding systems, playbooks, or educational resources that scale beyond a single session.
• Comfort navigating open-ended creative challenges where there may not be an established workflow or obvious solution.
• Natural ability to turn learnings into repeatable processes.
• Familiarity with OpenArt, particularly if you already use the platform as part of your creative workflow.
• Senior-level expertise is a plus, but exceptional creators and educators with strong creative judgment, initiative, and versatility are equally valued.
