Trebellar is an AI platform for corporate real estate that helps enterprise CRE teams replace fragmented spreadsheets with a unified decision-making system. You'll work directly with enterprise customers post-implementation to operationalize the platform and integrate it into their planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.
In this builder role, you'll combine deep real estate and workplace expertise with platform knowledge to design workflows, build planning scenarios, and solve complex business problems. You'll work alongside customer teams in virtual sessions and occasional onsite visits, helping them embed Trebellar into their day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Workflow Design & Operationalization: Understand each customer's real estate organization and help embed Trebellar into their existing processes. Design and implement workflows across Portfolio Planner, Explorer, AI, reporting, and other capabilities. Build planning scenarios, reports, dashboards, and AI prompts tailored to customer needs. Help customers adapt governance and operating rhythms to leverage the platform fully.
- Time-to-Value & Engagement Delivery: Own delivery of assigned customer workstreams, translating business objectives into practical solutions. Work with Customer Success Managers to prioritize high-impact workflows early. Coordinate with CSM, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to remove blockers. Balance multiple engagements while maintaining quality partnerships. Help define how Trebellar scopes and measures consulting engagements.
- Customer Capability & Knowledge Transfer: Build customer capability through collaborative working sessions rather than traditional training. Transfer knowledge continuously so customer teams develop independence. Create reusable templates and documentation. Leave customers able to sustain and expand workflows independently.
- Real Estate & Workplace Advisory: Apply practical experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, portfolio planning, occupancy planning, and workplace analytics. Help customers evaluate trade-offs and strengthen decision-making through better data use. Serve as trusted advisor to workplace, real estate, facilities, finance, HR, and executive stakeholders. Connect platform capabilities to business outcomes.
- Product Insight & Internal Partnership: Deliver structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer engagement patterns. Partner with CSMs to align consulting with broader customer goals. Identify recurring workflow gaps and product opportunities. Help establish repeatable methodologies and playbooks.
Success milestones: First 90 days—build deep product knowledge, understand customer operations, contribute to active engagements, develop perspective on consulting evolution. Months 3–5—own customer workstreams, operationalize complex workflows, refine methodologies. Ongoing—integrate Trebellar into customer day-to-day processes, increase adoption, contribute to scalable consulting model.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, portfolio planning, occupancy planning, workplace analytics, consulting, or related discipline
- Experience designing or improving operational workflows within enterprise organizations
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or internal business stakeholders in consulting or advisory capacity
- Strong facilitation, executive communication, and presentation skills
- Experience translating complex business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions
- Ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business audiences
- Comfort working in ambiguity, creating structure, and helping define new functions as company grows
- Strong written communication skills and ability to turn customer context into clear recommendations for internal teams
- Genuine curiosity about how enterprise organizations make real estate decisions and passion for helping them improve
