monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to join its Professional Services team. You will lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for enterprise customers, designing and building tailored solutions using AI agents, workflows, and advanced platform capabilities. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end implementation engagements, designing AI-native solutions including intelligent workflows, agents, and automations that solve complex business cases.
- Conduct discovery sessions and business process design consulting to uncover customer outcomes and recommend process improvements before solution build.
- Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the monday.com platform, partnering with technical resources on integrations and agentic engineering.
- Leverage monday AI and external generative/agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design and deliver intelligent workflows.
- Serve as project manager on standalone engagements, building and executing project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; collaborate with deployment strategists on larger engagements.
- Deliver training webinars, consultations, and demos that translate product capabilities into measurable business value.
- Create documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts enabling customers to independently operate, maintain, and extend solutions.
- Advocate for customer needs and influence the product development roadmap.
- Contribute reusable patterns and assets to the shared library.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the London office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a forward-deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.
- Proven experience leading software implementation or managed services projects with hands-on build and system configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management platforms.
- Fluency in generative and agentic AI tools with strong understanding of leveraging AI for work productivity, intelligent workflows, and agents.
- Familiarity with production AI reliability practices including human review, output validation, and knowing when deterministic automation is preferable.
- Strong problem-solving skills grounded in computational thinking, systems design, and relational data structures.
- Business process design and consulting experience with ability to frame engagements around customer outcomes and identify implicit problems.
- Working knowledge of integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier) sufficient to configure lightweight integrations; foundational API (GraphQL) and MCP knowledge a plus.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives; clear communication of technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies across diverse customers and industries.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills; comfortable running engagements independently and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, positive attitude, empathy, high energy, initiative, and adaptability.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
