monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to join its Professional Services team. In this hybrid role (3 days/week in Tel Aviv office), you will lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for enterprise customers, designing and building tailored solutions using AI agents, workflows, and advanced platform capabilities.
You will own the full customer lifecycle: conducting discovery to uncover business outcomes, consulting on process design and organizational workflows, designing sophisticated solutions within the monday.com platform, and ensuring successful adoption across client organizations. You'll act as project manager on standalone engagements and collaborate with deployment strategists and engineers on larger initiatives. Your responsibilities include building strong stakeholder relationships, leveraging AI tools to accelerate solution delivery, running training webinars and demos, producing documentation and exit artifacts, and representing customer needs to influence product development.
This is a customer-facing technical role requiring you to translate complex platform capabilities into business value, manage project timelines and budgets, and contribute reusable patterns back to the team's asset library. You'll work across multiple concurrent engagements and industries, rapidly learning new business models and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software
- Native or high-level fluency in both English and Hebrew
- Hands-on experience leading software implementation or managed services projects in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software
- Fluency with Generative and Agentic AI tools; strong understanding of leveraging AI for work productivity, intelligent workflows, and agents
- Familiarity with AI reliability in production (human review, output checking, knowing when deterministic automation is better)
- Strong problem-solving skills rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and relational data structures
- Business process design and consulting experience with ability to frame engagements around customer outcomes
- Working knowledge of integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier) sufficient to configure lightweight integrations; foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and MCP a plus
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; ability to establish credibility with executives and articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies across changing customer sets and industries
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills; comfortable running engagements independently and managing multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication, positive attitude, empathy, high energy, initiative, and adaptability
- BA or BS degree preferred
