True Anomaly is building autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors to secure the space environment and counter threats. As a Fluids and Propulsion Production Engineer, you will develop, implement, and optimize production processes for propulsion and fluids systems across multiple vehicle types. You will work hands-on with engineers, technicians, and production teams to translate optimized designs into flight-ready hardware. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting the setup and scaling of spacecraft propulsion and fluid systems manufacturing capabilities for developmental programs and rate production • Developing work instructions for assembly, integration, and test of propulsion subsystems, fluids subsystems, ground support equipment, and related tooling • Directly supporting production on the floor to ensure efficient build of propulsion and fluid system hardware, addressing bottlenecks and troubleshooting technical issues • Generating and resolving non-compliance reports for propulsion and fluid system hardware, conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions • Collaborating with design and engineering teams to optimize manufacturability and production efficiency This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge space technology in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your contributions directly impact national security capabilities.
