As a Flow Manager, you will be the central point of contact for customers throughout their project lifecycle, from contract completion through successful installation. Your responsibilities include coordinating installation appointments, aligning schedules with customers, installation teams, and internal departments, and ensuring all prerequisites for smooth installation are met. You will identify potential delays early, coordinate solutions, escalate open risks, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the entire project.
You will work in a hybrid model with flexibility to work from home or the Berlin-Friedrichshain office as needed. The role offers up to 30 days per year of international work flexibility through the Workflex program. REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or dispatch/logistics
- Professional, customer-oriented communication skills, including in challenging situations
- Structured, organized, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong problem-solving competence and ability to maintain overview under time pressure
- Proficiency with digital tools and MS Office; quick learner for new systems
