As Fleet Manager, you will take ownership of Enpal's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are reliable, safe, and deployment-ready at all times. You will serve as the central point of contact for drivers and coordinate all fleet-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fleet availability, deployment planning, and vehicle condition across the entire fleet
- Organize and track maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections (TÜV)
- Administer and update all critical vehicle documentation including registrations, insurance, and inspection reports
- Manage key and tracking systems, ensuring smooth operational workflows
- Support drivers with vehicle assignments, troubleshooting, and questions; communicate relevant safety and operational policies
- Continuously improve and optimize existing fleet processes; independently handle routine tasks
The role offers a hybrid work setup with flexibility to work from Enpal's modern Berlin-Friedrichshain office or remotely as needed. Requirements:
- Residence in Berlin and valid Class B driver's license
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style
- Strong teamwork, self-confidence, and stress resilience
- Initiative and ability to question and sustainably optimize existing processes
- Fleet management experience preferred, but career changers welcome
