Contabilizei seeks an Operations Coordinator (Fiscal) to lead and develop a team of analysts responsible for municipal, state, and federal tax compliance across Brazil. The role combines operational leadership with technical fiscal expertise. Key responsibilities include: planning and executing the tax calculation calendar to meet legal deadlines while maintaining quality, NPS, and customer satisfaction standards. You will develop scalable operational solutions aligned with business objectives, identify process bottlenecks, and collaborate with innovation squads to automate fiscal workflows. Leadership duties involve guiding the team through organizational changes with empathetic and assertive management, maintaining engagement and productivity. Operational oversight includes monitoring tax compliance calendars through KPIs, ensuring strict adherence to regulations, and creating both qualitative and quantitative performance indicators. You will allocate resources and team members strategically based on technical and behavioral profiles, distribute workload fairly, and provide regular feedback to support career development. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—maintaining alignment with other departments on technical and operational matters. You will diagnose and communicate risks and opportunities impacting business rules, acting as a bridge between fiscal operations and broader company strategy. Required qualifications: bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields; solid experience in tech/innovation ecosystems (agile methodologies, automation, squad-based work); proven track record managing operations and developing teams; consistent fiscal management and project leadership experience; proficiency with Office suite and process management software.
