Reonic is an AI operating system for renewable energy installers, backed by top-tier investors and serving 3000+ B2B customers. You'll be the first hire in go-to-market for new products and services, owning the full lifecycle from discovery through launch.
You'll work directly with installers to uncover real problems and pain points in their workflows. Your role is to translate those insights into new products and services, then take them from concept to market. You'll partner closely with the Venture Development team to test ideas, validate demand, and execute launches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting customer immersion and daily conversations with installers to identify revenue opportunities and pressure-test product ideas against real-world needs
- Determining go-to-market strategy: identifying target installer segments, defining reach channels, setting pricing, and articulating selling points
- Owning commercial responsibility by testing and validating pricing models (commission, fixed price, bundled, partner share) and assessing channel potential
- Cross-functional execution: coordinating sales, marketing, tech, and external partners around your initiatives and driving them forward
- Spotting and developing new revenue streams within the software platform
You'll have significant autonomy and responsibility to figure out what works through experimentation rather than desk-based analysis. The role demands customer-facing work, commercial acumen, and the ability to move quickly in ambiguous situations.
Reonic offers a vibrant, collaborative in-person culture (5 days/week in a Berlin office near Hackescher Markt), opportunities for personal and professional growth, and the freedom to innovate. Perks include gym membership, Deutschlandticket, Uber Eats after 7pm, Uber home after 7:30pm, regular team events, and a MacBook.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or C2-level German proficiency and fluent English (required)
- Demonstrated experience bringing something to market: own project, campaign, or product launch (internship or otherwise). Outcome matters less than having taken action.
- Strong sense of ownership and impatience with slow-moving processes
- Preference for customer conversations over theoretical desk work
- Comfort with open-ended situations and ability to find your own answers
- Top university background with clear entrepreneurial streak
- First experience in sales, growth, or product is a plus but not required
- Full-time, on-site position
