As a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Specialist, you will be a key analytical partner to the business, providing financial modeling and insights to support critical decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analytical and financial modeling support for strategic business decisions, working closely with non-finance stakeholders
- Generate comprehensive management reports that provide clear, actionable information for decision-making
- Conduct monthly business performance reviews, including financial statements, KPIs, and operational metrics with detailed commentary
- Provide financial insights and act as a stakeholder in key business processes including pricing, operational planning, procurement, and scheduling
- Drive analytical initiatives by designing, building, and testing modeling solutions
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance, proactively guiding the business to minimize deviations
- Own the Long Range Plan (LRP) process from a finance perspective, designing a new forecast model that combines bottom-up and top-down approaches with focus on YoY growth rates and trends
- Prepare FP&A presentations and ad-hoc analyses for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting and planning functions
- Accounting knowledge preferred
- IFRS reporting understanding is an asset
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Confident in data reporting and analysis
- High adaptation and accountability skills
