With 80+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, Revolut is scaling rapidly and seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager to join its Financial Crime Operations team. In this role, you will manage and oversee fraud risk prevention while maintaining a positive customer experience. Operating within the second line of defence, you will collaborate with the first line of defence to identify, assess, document, and review risks. You will provide oversight of internal and external fraud risks, controls, and incidents, ensuring inherent risks are mitigated and residual risks are properly documented. Key responsibilities include: - Advising the business on designing and implementing fraud controls - Developing and implementing fraud risk policies, procedures, key risk indicators, and risk appetite statements - Owning the risk incident management process, including recording risk events and delivering incident reports to management and stakeholders - Monitoring fraud risk against limits and thresholds, producing reports for leadership - Tracking KRI (Key Risk Indicator) breaches and working with risk owners to resolve them within set timelines - Providing expertise on fraud controls, processes, and investigations - Conducting presentations and workshops on risk identification and mitigation This is a hands-on compliance and risk management role at a high-growth fintech company, requiring direct engagement with both technical teams and senior leadership. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in fraud and risk management within financial services - Knowledge of relevant fraud legislation and regulations - Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to identify and solve problems effectively - Proven ability to rapidly develop expertise in technical and non-technical areas - Strong ability to communicate technical matters effectively with senior leaders - Ability to prepare and present training materials to enhance first-line-of-defence knowledge and decision-making
