With 80+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, Revolut is scaling rapidly and seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager to join the Financial Crime Operations team. In this role, you will manage and oversee fraud risk prevention while maintaining a positive customer experience. Operating within the second line of defence, you will collaborate with the first line of defence to identify, assess, document, and review risks. Key responsibilities include: - Providing oversight of internal and external fraud risks, controls, and incidents to ensure inherent risks are mitigated and residual risks are documented appropriately - Advising the business on designing and implementing fraud controls - Developing and implementing fraud risk policies, procedures, key risk indicators, and risk appetite statements - Owning the risk incident management process, including recording risk events and delivering incident reports to management and stakeholders - Monitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners and the group risk team to resolve them within set timelines - Checking fraud risk against limits and thresholds, and producing reports for management and stakeholders - Providing expertise in fraud-related matters, including fraud controls, processes, and investigations - Conducting presentations and workshops on risk identification and mitigation You will be at the forefront of Revolut's efforts to keep customers and their money safe, using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail to prevent financial crime and maintain trust. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in fraud and risk management within financial services - Knowledge of relevant fraud legislation and regulations - Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to identify and solve problems effectively - Proven ability to rapidly develop matter expertise in technical and non-technical areas - Ability to communicate technical matters effectively with senior leaders - Ability to prepare and present training materials to enhance first line of defence knowledge and improve decision-making
