Salary: USD 77,000 - 102,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control centers, and brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to military applications.
As a Financial Analyst II, you will support the Anduril Frontier Systems Division with critical financial analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for EAC (Estimate at Completion) budgeting and maintenance, income statement and balance sheet forecasting, and internal reporting requirements. Working in parallel across multiple contracts, you will interact closely with program management, functional stakeholders, and business line leadership to ensure Anduril delivers on its financial commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining ETC (Estimate to Complete) forecasts and EAC integrity in collaboration with program management
- Conducting contract profit margin analysis and surveillance
- Forecasting income statements and balance sheets by contract and business line
- Producing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports for program management and business line leadership
- Reviewing month-end close output to ensure monthly revenue and costs accurately reflect actual contract performance
- Supporting quarterly business reviews, long-range planning, and management data calls
- Identifying and mitigating potential future issues while implementing best practices and process improvements
- Participating in special projects and ad hoc analysis supporting finance department and company initiatives
You should be comfortable supporting and explaining financial contract performance and variance analysis to cross-functional teams and executives. This is a critical role in a fast-growing company seeking problem solvers and innovators. TS/SCI clearance is desired.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to understand and communicate financial performance and variance analysis to stakeholders
- Customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
