Dandy is transforming the dental industry (a $400B+ market) through technology, building an operating system for dental practices globally. The GTM Systems team manages the systems behind sales, contracting, and customer growth—from lead routing and pipeline through quoting, approvals, and post-sale lifecycle.
As Finance Systems Lead, you'll lead the team's coverage for Europe, partnering with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams to translate business priorities into systems that drive measurable results: more pipeline, more productive sales teams, faster quote-to-contract cycles, and cleaner data. This is a hands-on builder role requiring strong judgment and technical depth.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across Europe, converting business priorities into clear, well-scoped requirements
- Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and the broader GTM stack to improve pipeline generation, sales productivity, and quote-to-contract speed
- Triage and prioritize incoming requests, distinguishing system issues from process and training issues; push back when priorities don't align with strategy
- Maintain Salesforce org health as the company scales by reducing technical debt, strengthening data quality, and enforcing access controls
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into GTM workflows and build/scale AI-powered automation to eliminate manual, repetitive work
- Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards
- Support Dandy's global expansion as new markets launch
- Own end-to-end delivery for your region, from design through build, testing, release, and post-launch support
Requirements:
- 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations, Sales Operations, or RevOps Systems roles
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise; ability to design, build, and maintain complex configuration independently
- Experience administering the broader GTM application stack that integrates with the CRM
- Strong understanding of GTM processes: lead management and routing, opportunity management, quoting and approvals, forecasting
- Proven track record owning systems end-to-end in-house at a B2B or SaaS company, with measurable business outcomes
- AI fluency: daily use of AI tools and clear perspective on where AI can (and cannot) improve GTM workflows
- Experience building AI-powered automations, agents, or workflows is a strong plus
- Strong judgment and confidence to push back on stakeholders while maintaining relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; experience with global, distributed teams
- Comfort navigating ambiguity with strong ownership orientation
