Dandy is transforming the dental industry (a $400B+ market) by building an operating system for dental practices globally. The company is venture-backed and rapidly expanding internationally.
As Finance Systems Lead, you'll lead systems coverage for Europe, partnering with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams to translate business priorities into scalable systems that drive pipeline growth, sales productivity, and faster deal cycles. This is a hands-on builder role requiring strong technical judgment and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across Europe, translating business priorities into clear, well-scoped requirements
- Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and the broader GTM stack to improve pipeline generation, sales productivity, and quote-to-contract speed
- Triage and prioritize incoming requests, distinguishing between system issues, process issues, and non-priorities; push back when appropriate
- Maintain Salesforce org health as the company scales by reducing technical debt, strengthening data quality, and enforcing access controls
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into GTM workflows and build AI-powered automation to eliminate manual, repetitive work
- Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards
- Support Dandy's global expansion as new markets launch
- Own end-to-end delivery for your region, from design through testing, release, and post-launch support
Requirements:
- 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations, Sales Operations, or RevOps Systems roles
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience; ability to design, build, and maintain complex configuration independently
- Experience administering the broader GTM application stack that integrates with the CRM
- Strong understanding of GTM processes (lead management and routing, opportunity management, quoting and approvals, forecasting)
- Track record of owning systems end-to-end in-house at a B2B or SaaS company, with measurable business outcomes
- AI fluency: daily use of AI tools and clear perspective on where AI can (and cannot) improve GTM workflows
- Experience building AI-powered automations, agents, or workflows is a strong plus
- Strong judgment and confidence to push back on stakeholders while maintaining relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; experience working with global, distributed teams
- Comfort navigating ambiguity with an ownership orientation
