The Finance Systems Lead role owns the finance technology stack across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. This is a builder role focused on architecture, integrations, and controls rather than ticket management. Key responsibilities include:
- Running NetSuite end-to-end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts, segments, SuiteScript/SuiteQL scripting, workflows, release management, and roles/segregation of duties aligned with public-company controls.
- Owning the integration layer connecting Stripe, Ramp, Deel, and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the BigQuery/dbt warehouse, with month-end reconciliation by design rather than manual effort.
- Leading selection and rollout of new systems including usage-based billing and equity administration, plus finance setup for every new entity.
- Building with AI alongside the Automations and Data teams on agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests.
- Serving as the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, geographies, and audit readiness.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on administration of a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases.
- End-to-end ownership of an ERP or billing implementation/migration, with understanding of how Stripe data flows into the ERP and revenue recognition.
- Experience building integrations (via iPaaS or code) that reconcile and alert on breaks; SQL proficiency required.
- Understanding of R2R (Record-to-Report), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes and their controls; ability to work effectively with accountants, engineers, and auditors.
- AI-first mindset: daily use of tools like Claude Code or Cursor; preference for automating workflows before staffing them.
- Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or other usage-billing platforms; Deel/HiBob; n8n; dbt/BigQuery; SOX or ITGC work at pre-IPO or public companies.
